Iron Maiden youtube is suing video game developer 3D Realms over their game “Ion Maiden.” In the suit, the band calls out the “incredibly blatant” trademark infringement of the similarly-titled game.
Besides causing “confusion among consumers,” Iron Maiden claims the video game has “the same look and feel” as the band’s own game “Legacy Of The Beast.” 3D Realms is also accused of tweaking the Iron Maiden logo for their own use and naming a character after the band’s founderSteve Harris.
Iron Maiden is suing 3D Realms for $2-million.
