Chicago isn't holding St. Patrick's Day parades this year,but the Chicago River is still green.The Chicago Plumber's Union surprised Windy City residents by coloring it early Saturday morning.Mayor Lori Lightfoot said the city was able to honor the long-standing tradition thanks to the Journeymen Plumbers.In a tweet she wished Chicago a Happy St. Patrick's Day Weekend while reminding everyone to mask up.
