Kiss' End of the Road tour is giving the band one last opportunity to say goodbye to all of its human fans around the world. But next month, they'll be looking to gain some admirers of a different species -- namely, great white sharks -- when they perform a benefit on a boat in the Indian Ocean off the southern coast of Australia.
In other words,Gene Simmons' tongue is about to meet Jaws.
Kiss and fans will set sail from Port Lincoln, Australia, on Nov. 18 on The Shark Warrior, a glass-bottom boat that will allow passengers to see the sharks, who are reportedly drawn to low frequencies.
Tickets go on sale Oct. 14 at 6PM ET. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and nonalcoholic beverages are included in the price.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Australian Marine Conservation Society, which defines itself as "Australia’s only national charity dedicated solely to protecting our precious ocean wildlife – a community of ocean lovers across the nation working for healthy seas."
