"Vilified" is the lead single off I Want Blood, Cantrell’s guests-packed fourth solo LP, which, in addition to Trujillo's contribution, boasts appearances from Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan, Faith No More's Mike Bordin, Better Lovers’ Greg Puciato and more. The album is due out October 18th.
