Lina Ashford, 49, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2017, in Bryan, Texas and is charged with prostitution after police received tips about the Rose Spa and Chi Massage parlors.
Despite the arrests, Rose Spa still has a valid license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Chi Massage did not have a license listed on the department's website on Wednesday.
