Apparently, while he was sitting there playing around on his phone and . . . um . . . grunting and pushing, his pelvic muscles got weak enough that they couldn't hold his rectum in his body anymore.
So it fell out, and just kinda dangled there. He rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery, and the doctors say he's recovering.
Now . . . this guy DID have rectum issues in the past, so this was more likely to happen to him than, say, you or me.
But it's still a pretty good reminder that you shouldn't sit on the toilet forever, even if you're REALLY into whatever you're doing on your phone.
