AMY SCHUMER and EMILY RATAJKOWSKI were there . . . and they both got ARRESTED. Not for anything heinous, mind you. But because they and other protesters wouldn't leave the Senate office building.
About 300 people were arrested, and it looks like they'll all get hit with a $50 fine. Someone got video of a cop trying to move Amy along. He asks her if she wants to be arrested, and she says YES.
