Texas Man Detained For Helping ISIS Talks For The First Time

Warren Christopher Clark is being held by Kurdish forces in northern Syria after he was captured earlier this month. The 34-year-old Clark told “NBC News” he doesn't regret throwing in with the terrorist group. He worked for ISIS as an English teacher and says he witnessed beheadings and crucifixions. Clark said, "I'm from Texas. They like to execute people, too. So I really don't see any difference."

According to Clark, the FBI has been in touch with him, but he doesn’t know what happens now that he’s in custody. Clark is a convert to Islam and says he never fought for ISIS. He graduated from the University of Houston and worked as a substitute teacher in a Houston suburb. Source: NBC News
