French Mayor Offers 'Free Viagra' To Boost Local Birth Rate And Save School

Whatever it takes, right? Jean Debouzy, mayor of the French village Montereau, has issued a decree pledging free handouts of Viagra to couples (ages 18 to 40) in the village. The tiny village only has 650 occupants, and apparently not enough children to fill the schools. Montereau hopes the unconventional move will ultimately save the school by creating more children to attend. Debouzy also added that he was ready to hand out special one-off "bonuses" for any new baby born, as incentive.
