Ozzy Osbourne got to work almost immediately on a follow-up to his last album “Ordinary Man,” which was just released earlier this year. And it turns out fans won’t have to wait much longer for new music.
As you’ll recall, Ozzy teamed up with GRAMMY-nominated producer Andrew Watt for his last album. In a new interview, Andrew says they’re already halfway done with their follow-up. Ozzy’s last record featured guests like Elton John, Slash, and Chad Smith, and his next offering is another all-star album, welcoming the likes of Robert Trujillo and Taylor Hawkins.
"It kind of harkened back to Ozzy's ‘80s era, in a great way," Watt says. "And I think it's so cool for a rock fan to be able to listen to half an album with Chad Smith on drums, and then you flip it over and you get to hear Taylor Hawkins."
