Deftones Fundraiser Brings In $100K

Deftones are doing their part for those affected by coronavirus. The band has matched the proceeds from their “Adopt-A-Dot” fundraising campaign, totaling to over $100K for COVID-19 relief.

Before the release of their latest album “Ohms,” Deftones launched the fundraiser allowing fans to “adopt” one of the 13,000 dots on the album’s cover art by making a charitable donation. The band ended up raising $52,500 from the fundraiser, which will go to the University of California at Davis Children’s Hospital.

Plus, the band has matched the amount to donate to “Crew Nation,” supporting live music crews affected by coronavirus.
