Metallica has signed on to headline night two of ATLive at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The two-day concert is set for November 5thand 6th, with the Friday night show dedicated to country acts, and Saturday made up of a lineup of rockers, with Cage the Elephant and Greta Van Fleet opening for the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers.
Friday night will be headlined by George Strait, with Eric Church and Caitlyn Smith also on the bill.
A portion of the proceeds from the shows will go to Metallica’s All Within My Hands non-profit, as well as the Military Warriors Support Foundation, which has a longstanding relationship with Strait.
Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday, July 16th.
