Bad Wolves,in particular guitaristDoc Coyle, havealleged that Vext behaved abusivelytoward them. Vext hasclaimed there was a conspiracyto kick him out, andhe's accused band management of abuse at him. On top of that, a legal battle is now occurringbetween Vext and the band's record labeland management firm,Better Noise Music, and its company head,Allen Kovac.
