According to Gordon Ramsay, we were almost down one celebrity chef. Ramsay revealed on Instagram that he had taken a brutal spill while bicycling, and said that while he's covered with bruises, it could have been much worse. An obviously shaken Ramsay showed off a gnarly full body bruise, while saying that he might not be here if it hadn't been for his helmet - and urged everyone to wear one any time they bicycle.
